We raise our birds on our biodynamic organic farm in a true free range/wild style. This means they have a chance to use their muscles so they need to be cooked at a low slow oven or brined/marinated like cooking a wild bird. They have grown to adulthood not being forced to grow quickly on a high fat/corn diet. They will be the healthiest birds you will ever find due to their diverse diet. We only sell a few of our birds a year because of the high cost of raising them the way we believe they should be raise morally, ethically, organically.
